Oh! He's a monster recently released in Taiwan MS (and as far as I know will only be in TaiMS for a good while), I believe. I've been downloading MapleStory sprites from random websites for a long time, but I think they do have a sprite of him in the Mob Maker version on the Maplesim site (link in my shoutout), lol. o__o'
